January 15, 2008 – Orlando, Fla. – RL Haines General Contractor,  along with Long Farms North Limited Partnership and Smith Equities, recently completed the 20-unit renovation of La Bella Vida Apartments, located at 3310 Clay Avenue in Orlando, Florida.

In concert with Raymond Bennett Architects, the 12-month project included interior renovations and upgrades for the one-and-two bedroom units, including luxury amenities such as Milano Italian Birch cabinets, granite counter tops and designer finishes.
