March 11, 2008 – Orlando, Fla. – RL Haines General Contractor was recently awarded a $3.3 million contract to build the Westside Plaza Shopping Center, located at 6210 West Colonial Drive.

RL Haines is providing general contracting and construction management services for the new construction of two buildings totaling 47,500 square feet. Interplan, LLC of Orlando designed the building.

Construction began in mid-January and will be complete by September 2008.
