Reynolds is a senior estimator for RL Haines General Contractor, where he manages the bidding team and maintains strong subcontractor and client relationships. He has been with the company since 2008.
November 12, 2009 Orlando, Fla. – RL Haines General Contractor, a full-service general contracting and construction management company, recently added three new employees to its team.
Mark McKay has been hired as estimator. He received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Miami and brings more than 14 years of construction and architecture experience to the team.
Donnie Langdale has been hired as superintendent. He brings more than 41 years of construction experience to the team.
Angela Blackburn has been hired as accounts payable for the company’s Orlando office. She brings more than five years of accounting and operations experience to RL Haines.
November 4, 2009 Orlando, Fla. – Mimi Scanlon was recently named Commercial Real Estate for Women’s 2009 Rising Star of the Orlando chapter. The award recognizes outstanding members and the contributions and achievements they have made to CREW Orlando throughout the year.
Scanlon manages all marketing and public relations activities RL Haines General Contractor. She has been with the company since 2006.
October 2, 2009 Sanford, Fla. – RL Haines General Contractor, a full-service general contracting and construction management company, recently broke ground on a new collision center located at 1160 Rinehart Road. In concert with The Zenner Group, Inc. and Civil Solutions Incorporated, the project will include complete new construction of the 47,000 square-foot building. The new collision center, on the site of the David Maus Toyota Scion Dealership, will feature 15 service bays and eight paint booths. Project completion is scheduled for May 2010.
September 20, 2009 Tampa, Fla. – RL Haines General Contractor, a full-service general contracting and construction management company, was recently awarded the contract for Optical Outlet located at 6431 Country Line Road. The project consists of a 1,296 square-foot interior build-out.
Sept. 9, 2009 Orlando, Fla. – RL Haines General Contractor, a full-service general contracting and construction management company, recently hired David Boone as project coordinator.Boone brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate and construction to the team, with an emphasis in project management and accounting. Boone holds a bachelors degree in finance from the University of Florida and is a licensed real estate broker.
July 15, 2009 Jacksonville, Fla - The Police Athletic League of Jacksonville (PAL) received a much needed renovation due to the charitable donations of labor, services and materials from local businesses and governmental institutions. RL Haines General Contractor headed up the major construction services for PAL's facility. Other donations included labor organized by Sherriff Rutherford, paint provided by Sherwin-Williams, exterior window finishes by Michael D. Smith, pressure washing provided by Ocean Pressure Washing, and roofing services provided by Performance Roofing.
June 24, 2009 Orlando, Fla. – RL Haines General Contractor, a full-service general contracting and construction management company, was recently named a Gold Level Recipient of the Associated Builders & Contractors Safety Training & Evaluation Process (STEP) program. The STEP award recognizes safety excellence in the workplace. This is the second consecutive year RL Haines has received the award.

The 11-month project included complete interior and exterior renovations throughout the property.
